Eligibility: 

Pool League: 

Must be citizens of the United States or a United States National, and at least 16 years old.

Those eligible are:
  • Husband/Wife
  • Widower/Widow
  • Father/Mother
  • Grandfathers/Grandmothers
  • Sons/Daughters
  • Grandsons/Granddaughters
  • Brothers/Sisters

...of persons who were or are eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States.

VFW Auxiliary 

As of August 21, 2015, the Ladies Auxiliary formally became VFW Auxiliary and allows eligible male membership.


The VFW Auxiliary (Formerly Ladies Auxiliary), which was founded in 1914 to help veterans and their families, is the backbone of VFW volunteer efforts. Promoting patriotism and helping veterans in need are just two of the many ways that the Auxiliary serves America's communities. The VFW Auxiliary also has its own volunteer programs directed at VA, state and community hospitals.


To apply, you must have a copy of the eligible DD-214 service document and a completed application (download below). Mail or deliver documents to the Bruce Post.
